“The Voice Teens Philippines” season 2 champion Kendra Aguirre captures the ups and downs of adolescence in her debut extended play (EP) “Life These Days.”

The mini album touches on love, heartbreak, and confusion over life. Its tracks include “Life These Days,” “Stuck,” “Call,” “Crazy Over You,” and “Gagaan Na Muli,” which were all composed by Kendra and produced by Josh Angan.

“Younger me would never believe that the song she wrote about her crush, her first heartbreak at 16, and the other songs she wrote alone in her room in front of her piano would be released. I hope that they will resonate with everyone who gives this EP a chance to be heard and have them feel heard and understood in return,” she shared in an Instagram post.

In the key track “Stuck,” Kendra muses on moving on and wonders how it would be different if she went back in time to change her memories with her lover.

Kendra captivated the viewers after winning the second season of “The Voice Teens Philippine” under the team of Sarah Geronimo. Before her “The Voice Teens PH” stint, she was cast in the children’s TV show “Team Yey.” Kendra made her return to the small screen by appearing in “It’s Showtime’s” Hide and Sing.
